From the very beginning we were disatisfied with Pine Creek. The manager showed us an interior apartment and then the day we moved in, we got an apartment right on Fairview Road. The noise was horrible! We had mold from the very beginning as well. In all of our window sills and above our shower. When we asked the manager to have maintenence come look at it. The manager said that they painted over a ceiling leak before we moved in. The only reason why we stayed at this complex as long as we did was because the rent was a pretty good price, but when the mold started getting bad we were afraid we were going to get sick. We lived in an upstairs apartment and ALWAYS heard our neighbors....

It's funny you stayed here for so long and we are month to month. We take pride in our apartments and our maintenance staff is superior.
