You don't want to live here. Trust me. The place is old and run down, over 35 years old, and the appliances and insides look it. Forget parking, if you have more than one car you will come home late and have ZERO spaces inside or outside the gate. I've parked at 7-11 down the street more than once. And the cars get broken into. My roommate's motorcycle was almost stolen but they couldn't fit it out of the timy spots. The management is HORRIBLE, on apersonal and professional level. Unless you're looking for a quick fix like a lightbulb or something forget it. The rent goes up EVERY year and the management run the place like nazis. Ever hear of an apartment complex that threatens to evict you because you have a bike or lights hanging on the balcony' Now you have.
I expect to get dinged on the security deposit even though the place hasn't gotten mess. Most of the balconies here are literally unsafe to stand on. More than one unit has a wooden board blocking acces to their own balcony. STAY AWAY!!!!

In regards to the patios, Pinecreek has rebuilt all patios and they are safe and beautiful. Yes the building was built in the 70's and things get old but Pinecreek maintains their property very well and it is in great condition and is a good place to live.

Guess what? No. That last response was clearly posted by an employee at PCA. Quite possibly the balconies are now all repaired offter a couple years, literally, but now many of the creeks sit empty or with standing water in them. The place is still a dump. Lots of empty units should tell you something, even with the owners "gracefully" putting a hold on raising rent eery six months. I guess they can't afford to have tenants continue to leave in droves any more. Still too expensive, and only the outflux of people has slightly made parking spaces a little more available. Still run live a concentration camp, it's almost like they DON'T want anyone to live there.
