We have been living here at Pinecreek Apartments since 2002 & we really love it here. The grounds always look great! We love the new landscaping. Can't wait until it's totally finished! Management has been great & also all of their staff. When there is a problem, management takes care of it right away. We've lived in other apartments in the past & we feel that the maintainence crew here are the best we've seen.
We have read all of the reviews that were listed & we strongly disagree with the bad ones. In the 7 years that we have lived here we have seen neighbors come & go. A few of them were inconciderate & irresponsible. We feel that these people are the ones that are writing the bad reviews.
We definitely would recommend Pinecreek Apartments to others. It's great living!

That review is a lie. It's a sham obviously written by the pine creek management. Points that are blatantly false: The grounds are HORRIBLE. The "new landscaping" is GRASS. They are slowy getting rid of their waterways, or "creeks" if you will. What will they change the name of the place to once they're all gone I wonder? I've seen some of the creeks that have sat empty or with standing water in them for months. Some now sit with dirt filling them up, like they're going or seal them over and grass them. Maintenance staff is fine. Actually the people who rent their are all nice as far as I've encountered. No one is writing reviews out of spite, they're written as a WARNING. Many, many apartment complexes can be rented at a far lower price with much more amenities and a newer building.
