I lived at Pinecreek twice over the years- once for 2 years back in 1990 and live there now- work took me out of state in between. Both times, the experience has been fantastic. Yes, the property is older, probably built in early 1980's but thats one thing I like, mature landscaping. The staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance is responsive, it is quiet and I feel very safe. Plus, the rent is cheap for what you get. I dont understand some of these other posts- I highly suggest at least checking it out.
