Harbor Greens or Garbage Green

The area is beautiful and everything is close by and they allow pets here. The price of rent is a little too high for a complex this old and the type of service you get from some of the staff. But where else can you rent an apartment if you have a big dog and need to live close to work' Welcome to ?Garbage Green-slum of the town? this place should be picked up and moved to Santa Ana where the manger comes from. When new owner took over in July they hired an all ghetto fabulous employee staff I can?t believe how the old staff deals with these Scum-lords. The good thing is that Markie-mark the maintenance guy and John the assistant manager still work here, without them we would lose sanity in this ghetto-slum. The way the big boob manager takes care of problems is by turning the tables and making you feel wrong for asking something obviously needed and waiving her large knockers in your face eventually you smile and see it her way too. Her maintenance monkey Joey doesn?t like to fix things he must get paid commissions for things he doesn?t fix. Try living with no heat for two week (have to call the gas company), no light in the apartment (have to call the Electric company cause ?Garbage Greens? forgot the bill, try living with waterworks in your living room cause Joey patched your roof hole with a recycled trash bag used to pick up dog poop. If you try to complain to corporate management you?ll talk to Mark the division manager that sits in a separate office next to the big boob manager. Makes you think' He always says what she says is right. If you want to live in THE COSTA MESA PROJECTS move right in and be ready to deal with the wardens. Lock down is from 8am ? 5pm.
