Great Place to Live

I haven't lived in many apartments, but this one is by far the best. The rent is reasonable but an outstanding bang for the buck. I live in a huge one-bedroom apartment. The walk-in closet is almost big enough to be a room. Spacious bedroom that have a great floor plan. I live up stairs with a balcony big enough to put a BBQ and a small table with chairs. Off the patio is a storage space that is big.

The setting is beautiful. At night I feel like I'm walking through the Pirates of the Caribbean. There is the sound of constant flowing water, little bridges, and romantic lights on grounds that are well manicured.

They are constantly putting in new flowers and plants. The complex is clean and well kept. Laundry facilities are on site, $0.85 to wash/dry and usually not crowded.

One heated lap pool, another larger pool, hot tub that gets quite a bit of action, BBQs everywhere, putting green, tennis courts that are never overly crowded, workout room ? machines, gazebo, and a cardio room. The clubhouse is being renovated and can be used without charge.

Pine Creek Village is conveniently located between Harbor and Fairview on Adam directly across from Orange Cost College. If you?re an Univ. of Irvine student, there is a bus that picks you up in front of the complex and takes you straight to campus - 35 minute ride. There are many store and restaurants near by and South Cost Plaza is very close.

The complex is surprisingly quite considering the makeup. There are many young adults that a predominately single and a mix between Asian - Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Caucasian. I have noticed quite a few people from Europe - Lithovenia, Russian, and surronding areas. Most of the people here are friendly and outgoing.

There is plenty of guest parking but no garages. Like everywhere in Orange County, the ants can be a real pain. However, they do provide free pest control. Cable is included. You are only required to pay electric - my last bill was $39.

The area is relatively safe. I think any female would feel comfortable walking through the complex at night. It is not secured and occasionally cars have been burglarized. I don?t think this happens very often. There is a security guard who patrols by foot at night.

The management is great; very nice and helpful people.

I haven't met anyone who doesn't enjoy living here.
