Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
it's all well at first, quiet and nice grounds (mind the trash)
but then they let people move in that are up until dawn, and with the open patios you can hear everything.
ants will invade, and even stick around after you clean up. you have to caulk the cracks in the ceiling yourself, but they will eventually find another hole someplace, as there are plenty.
if you need something done around the apartment, they will fix it - usually two days after your request, they will come inside your home when you are not there.
yes, whatever it was- is fixed. But, they came inside your home without your permission.
not worth the price, but nothing is in orange county.
if you have the choice, DO NOT live in orange county at all.
