I've lived here about a year so far in a 2bed/2bath apt. I have to say that I've got the best neighbors I've ever had at an apartment thus far.

My nextdoor neighbor left cookies and a christmas card for us and the downstairs neighbor brough up fresh homemade tamales. It's as advertised in the quiet department. very quiet and peaceful.

There is a slight ant problem sometimes, which is not uncommon in Orange County. My big thing is roaches and thank god I haven't seen any roaches here since I moved in. Other than that, the staff has been helpful and the parking is fantastic compared to most other complexes in Orange County.

Thinking about moving in to one of thier 1bed/1 baths in the next few months. Oh, and maintenace isn't too bad either. Put in a request in the morning and they were there same day. If you don't want them coming in to make repairs when you aren't there make sure to make a note of that in the request.
