Nice, Friendly, and Inexpensive

I've lived here for about 1 1/2 years and have only had a few minor problems. I've lived in 2 different apartments in this complex, so the problems were different in each. In one, I had noisy, young, obnoxious neighbors that did nothing but drink and smoke all day with their friends. I also had a small spider problem for awhile, but maintenance took care of it. In my other apartment, one of the toilets has gotten clogged a few times, but once again, maintenance always takes care of it. 2 other minor problems that occured in both are 1) the gardeners tend to come early in the morning on random days to blow all the dead leaves and clean up the plants (which tends to be very noisy at times because it's right by your window) and 2) it tends to get hot and stuffy in the bathrooms (because there's no air conditioning or windows in there.)
But besides all of that, my experience has been great. The clubhouse is especially nice. I recently had my engagement party there and it was absolutely beautiful. Also, the rooms are very big and the closets have a lot of room! Overall, this place has a lot to offer for not a lot of money. I would recommend it especially to college students or newly weds who may be looking for something with plenty of room at a low cost. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
