I lived there for 2 years. Moved because the annual rent increase was getting out of hand. $1200 annual increase in rent for nothing, so i moved to Cypress instead and saved $200 on a bigger, better and closer to work with less traffic. Some tenants are kids from the college and since they can't afford a beer at a night club, they throw their own party at their apartment. Call the Office and they will handle it right away for you. Nice Breeze in the area.

I lived there for quite some time too. Nice complex but I didn't like the managers. He was an old grey-haired man that was always trunk after hours trying to hit on me. I tried to be nice about it, then he turned into a total jerk. I moved out because of it. This was in 2005.
