When we first moved into our 2 bedroom place I looked around and came out with ants crawling on me. I didn't think anything of it, I was just excited to finally get a place. The grounds are somewhat kept up, but can get out of hand at times. During the summer the spiders are everywhere! I cant walk from my apartment to the parking lot without walking through a spider web or have some kind of gnarly spider land on me. Not just your normal little baby spiders, these things are HUGE!!! If you leave your window open at night like most people do during the summer months, bugs come in and crawl everywhere. I must have killed 5 spiders this past week that were on my ceiling above my bed. So for the past reviews, ("ants invasion", "nickel and dime village", believe it, its true. Not worth it for the money in my opinion.
