Good place for first time renters, lots of problems though

We've been at Pinecreek for almost a year now and have been looking to move for over 2 months now. When we first got here we were happy. It seemed like a nice, quiet place, no lease, well kept ect. Management seemed nice at first but later we realized how much they dont seem to care. We had several problems with water being turned off in the middle of the day for no reason with no warning and got nothing but attitude when we asked what was going on. The biggest problem and main reason we are moving is the out of control ANT problem and parking. The Ant problem here is out of control. This is NOT exaggerated in any way. Every 5 seconds there are ants piling up some where in the apartment. Parking can be a nightmare as well considering they only give you 1 parking spot in the whole complex. There is also a college across the street and drunk college kids love to walk through the complex monday-sunday at 3:00 in the morning talking loud as hell and starting fights. If you are looking for your first apartment i think this is a great place to start as there is no lease, you can rent a refridgerator and the apartments are fairly nice.
