Move anywhere but here!!!!! I thought it was a good deal, minutes from the beach under $1,100...there's a reason. I wish I read all the horrible reviews of this dump before I moved in. Let me give you a picture of Sea Breeze Villas; screaming kids, their equally horrible drunk/drugged out parents fighting, yelling and playing music all night. A week after I moved in a kid called my mom a ----- when asked to please move his bike from my doorstep. One night I awoke at 2 a.m to a women screaming and crying outside my house "Give me back my money!" Uh.. yeah to say that there's shady things going on here is a understatement.
