I'm moving out...this place does not care about their tenants

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
Unfortunately the experience has been pretty bad. You can hear the next door neighbors laughing and playing at 2am all of the time. The management does not care about the maintanance of the complex and allows the kids to do whatever they want in parking lot even if they are constantly disturbing the tenants. It takes an average of 15-20 days for the maintenance guy to answer a complain. The rent is cheap but is not worth it!
