I've lived here 3 years now, the parking is the worst. Have a room mate or spouse with a car' too bad, can't park it here. You like tow trucks' live here. you like all night partys'.. This is your home. You like beer bottles in the parking lot'... your home. Are you young, like to party and don't care about anybody else'... welcome home.
This place caters to young party'ers, kids on summer break that stay here and tear it up.
If your looking for a long term place to live, this is not the place. Noisy..No parking...

you are so delusional! did you really think you could live so close to IVC without any college kids living here? by the way, you dont live in a library. so if people make noise guess what? THAT IS APARTMENT LIVING!!!! dont like it? buy a house. better yet move into an old folks home. im sure you'll fit in just fine.
