APARTMENT FROM HELL........

At first sight one would fall in love with Villa Venetia's ponds and ducks - don't be fooled.
I've lived here for only one month and I have to say I'm ready to move! At first we had no problems with noise - until our upstairs neighbors moved in. The floor creaks with every step they take - and I'm not talking about small creeks- I'm talking about wake me up at 3:00am creeks.
Now - spiders. When we first moved in our patio was filled with spiders and other crawling animals. I thought this would go away with a few sprays of Raid, but s--t they just don't quit!! They welcome you on your way to your car and even make a home on your car.
As far as laundry- every week at least one machine is down and sometimes it takes two cycles just to dry!!
And if you don't mind walking around the block - parking here is great! WTF!!
If you're still interested in moving here - I have a great downstairs apartment right on the pond to sublease!

So I finally invite family to come over and see Villa Venetia. I have never taken advantage of any of the ammenities and didn't know what to expect, but I could have thrown up! I took my nieces to the pool for a swim - the one next to the leasing office was extremely dirty!! It was covered with duck hair and dirt! So, we decided not to go in and instead take a ride on the paddle boats V.V. boasts about - I have no words to express my disappointment. Let's just say that the ducks own these boats and they leave their marks everywhere! Each boat is filled with swamp water and is extremely dirty... My nieces insisted we ride one anyway and to not disappoint them, we find the cleanest one which left our clothes filthy. As I was getting I feel something slimy on my hand - It was bird poop!! I get in the boat and they paddles were broken. You couldn't even paddle away from the dock! So we leave and try the other pool - this was just as bad as the other - sure the jacuzzi was a little cleaner but for the $$ you would think that they would keep everything maintained.
