These current reviews are 100% accurate. Another problem my wife and I have had at Villa Venetia are RATS!! Within the last three months I have caught and disposed of seven rats. Six of these rats were caught within a two and one half week period. I notified the aparment right before I caught the first one and nothing was done for 3 months. The exterminating company notified the complex of where the rats were getting in, and yet it still took an unreasonable amount of time for them to respond. The worst thing is, according to the exterminator my particular building was not the one with the most problems. If the above comments did not distract you from living in this complex than I don't know what else will.
