I lived at Villa Ventia as well. It was awful the rats were a difninate problem back then as I am sure they are now. The lake has a lot to do with it. The up stairs DOES feel like it is falling in They have sub-floor issues. They even went upstairs and padded the floor saying that that would help. NOT! IT was the same. As for parking.. Unless you pay for two garages which only goes to the special people ( like the office personell) then you never find anyting. Do not live here.

I agreed. Plus the management people, they don't care about tenants living there. They only care about signing up nee tenants and correct rents. They are always under stuff and never, almost never answer the phone. Only yhe time I hear back from them : When they need something from us. Very not nice management and worst place I ever lived.
