Mgt. people don't care about people living here. Only care about signing up new tenants and correct rents. After you move-in, don't even think about getting any assistance from them. You are your own. Fighting over your parking spot, waiting for all day to see repair person coming, and dealing with no brain leasing people. Office almost never answer phone, no return call. They will call you when they need something from you. My assigned parking spot was taken twice by new tenant moved in, and when I asked Mgt. about it, they said,"We don't know..." When I asked to see the parking assignment book, I found out that my name was crossed out by someone in Mgt. office. No responsibilities what so ever. Only time I got response was when I finally decided to send email to the REIT which owned this property. Who is paying their salary to work there' I am sure coming from all tenants. So sad to see Mgt. don't care about tenants.
