I HATE IT!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
This place is pathetic, but most people don't know it util they move in. The list of reasons it sucks is never ending:
-Horrible Parking. Owner's cars are often towed out of their own spots.
-Rat and Spider infestation EVERYWHERE
-Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ's, and Pool Furniture aren't maintained. The pool will go days without being cleaned and with the trees around dropping all their leaves and berries into the pool NON STOP, it's always filthy. The Jacuzzi usually turns yellow by the end of the night.
-"movie theater" is only open during office hours, which means you need to start a movie by 4pm. Nobody is ever off of work by then. The projector in the theatre is also messed up so the color's give you a headache just watching.
-Fitness center is a joke.
-Management staff doesn't do their job.
-Consistently noisy
-Staff is "shady." If you try to renew for a 6month lease, they tell you "they're out of 6 month you can only sign a 8 month." They only tell you which units are available based on where they want you to move. Somebody else can call and get different information AND pricing in the same day.
-If you're on the first floor, you can hear your upstairs neighbor ALL THE TIME. Sex, Showers, Jumping rope, using the toilet. You can hear it all and it's the same in EVERY UNIT.
-A quarter of the units have been remodeled, but they tell you that none have.
-Construction has been ongoing since i moved in. The gates are always left open and homeless people/dumpster divers constantly wander into the property and cruise the dumpsters.
-Office never answers calls and is closed all the time.
If you're thinking about moving in here, DON'T Save yoursef the hassle. Although the ammenities look nice and the property seems attractive, deep down it's pathetic. It's extremely expensive and not worth it in the least.
