Do not get tricked by the water surrounding the apartment. This is easily the worst management company ever. They respond to nothing, yet will complain about everything. Do not even attempt on-line banking with them as they will lose your checks and threaten to send you to collections due to their imcompentency. Parking is scarce and do not even think about having visitors come park here. As for those who feel protected by a gated community, well the gate is always broken and it operates so slowly that my grandmother could drive 10 cars through the gate before it shuts. I read the bad reviews and thought this could not be true. Villa Venetia is truely the worst place to live!
