Not the best experience of my life

When we moved in we were a bit dis-appointed with the state of our apt. The model was beautiful, but ours was very average. We were lucky enough to get a unit facing the water and upstairs.
Management: was basically rude and made you feel as though you were constantly bothering them.
Parking: nightmare. if you're single it's not a problem, but with two people one had to be home by 6 to get an open space so the other could park in the assigned space. (assuming another tenent hadn't parked in our assigned spot, which happened regularly) It wouldn't be so bad if there was street parking nearby. and your car could get towed even with a parking permit!! :)
Noise: whomever designed the bedrooms to be facing the pedestrian walkways & parking lots wasn't thinking too clearly. plus hearing absolutely everything that the people living below you... well, let me just say sometimes we don't need to know "everything".
the ducks & view was basically the only thing peaceful about the place.
moving out was easy and I got 98% of my deposit back.
not the worst place to live, but definately not the best!
We're now living in a great place run by a family that owns a few small units here and there. I'll never rent from a large complex like that again!
