The lack of guest parking is obviously the worst problem. There are only 7 guest parking spots; there are over 500 units. But management may not be at fault for that.

What they are at fault for is: (1) paying gardeners to use their weed-wackers and leaf blowers every single morning outside your window at 7:30 a.m.; (2) failing to return phone calls, including requests for repairs; (3) hiring inadequate "security" to break up parties, blasting stereos and other disturbances; (4) imposing illegal rent increases without due notice (they tried this twice).

Half of the laundry machines are broken. I heard my neighbor had his laundry stolen. The directory for visitors has never been repaired, and you can't "buzz in" your visitors past the main gate.

Unfortunately, the view and tranquil setting can't be beat. VV knows this. That's why they don't lift a finger to make the place tolerable once the sun goes down.
