For the the amout of rent I am paying I expect to have some guest parking. Now they've enforeced parking rules with minmum parking spaces available. I'm moving out in two month because parking SUCKS. I can't even have friends come over on a whim. Other than that, the property is beautiful and the management has been fine with. I suggest this place for people who want to pay high rent and have no friends, cuz they won't be able to visit you.
