I currently live at the Villa Venetia's and the past 4-5 months have been a complete nightmare! Parking is absolutely ridicules, you can never have friends over and for that matter there is not even enough parking for those who actually live there and pay rent. I can't even count how many times I could not stay at my own house because there was not 1 parking spot open. My roommates cars have been towed several times. The gate opener's break all the time and the management is just unprofessional. And to add to that if you live on the first floor you can hear everything that is going on above you, walls are paper thin. In all my years of renting I have never experienced such a horrible living experience... Needless to say I am breaking my lease and moving out!
