We've been living here for a while now. There are a lot of spiders in the apartment, along with these huge cockroach like things that somehow managed to get in as well. I even found some in the mailbox! It's disgusting!
I haven't seen any rats though, but with a lake you can expect a lot of "living things" around.
Parking sucks as everyone can atest.
I think the paddleboats are a decoration as I have never seen them used ever. It's a nice facade as the internet never works in the "office" as well.
The rent is waaaay overpriced it's ridiculous!
On the plus side, you get a nice view of a man made lake and the neighbors seem to be nice and professional. But, I am praying that there will be a better and bigger apartment available with working amenities and no bugs when we move!
Oh and you can definitely hear everything upstairs and down too!
Also, I think the utility bill we pay is way too much! Come on Villa Venetia-get it together!
