My fiance and I have lived in Villa Venetia Apartments for 11 months, 1 day.
I gave notice yesterday. They asked me why I was moving out' Here are the reasons:
1. They verified on their computer than 3 of my service requests went unanswered. They called this "bizarre." Maybe one instance could be constituted as bizarre, but three in my opinion is a "trend." 2. Parking here is horrible. There isn't much else they can do about that situation, they assure that garages have cars in them by assigning parking passes specific to garages so those individuals cannot park in the common parking areas...however that does not solve the problem of not being able to have friends over because of parking. There have actually been a couple times when I acquired a parking pass for a visitor and when they went to park their car, there were no spots available. My guests had to resort to parking in the shopping center lot and calling me for a Villa Venetia Shuttle ride. 3. Spiders...well that is definitely an issue but I would assume it is fairly difficult to control in an apartment shrouded in foliage like Villa Venetia. It is much better than when we moved in here, I can tell you that much.
The general decision of my boyfriend and I is that all of these problems do not make us feel any better about the high rent that we pay here. We would be more willing to pay if all of these issues didn't exist, and perhaps the $1,900 rent payment would be easier to swallow without these issues.
But we will never know. Good Bye Villa Venetia. We will not miss you.

Well looks like you're the Genius that parked you're truck in a parking spot that wasn't yours or required a "parking permit". The next time you park in someone's "assigned parking" space or a permit required spot, because you can't get a parking spot own up to it, stop your complaining, and have your $200 ready for the towing truck. Like I said, you're the genius figure it out, there's only so many assigned parking spaces for the number of units on the property. If I came home and there wasn't any parking left because some idiot that doesn't have a permit took my permit spot, then surely I would get them towed. What's the use of having rules and permits if no one followed them? Well, you would have the people like you, a genius in your own head, parking anywhere and everywhere they wanted to as it fits they're needs and you'd be left without any decent parking space. If everyone has to follow the rules, then you have to get with the program as well. As far as the $300 dollar month to month charge, that's insanely high but, I've been there and done that and its their only way to purposely get a lease committment from you. Like said genius, no matter where you're gonna rent or stay it, there's gonna be rules and if you don't follow them, just own up to it and move on. Stop the bickering... ya heard!
