We moved here in March 2007 and we really like it here. Our studio apartment has a view of the pond and the ducks which we like. The office staff is friendly and remembers our names. The grounds are very well kept. The maintenance crew almost always responds to simple requests within 24 hours. The only downside is that parking is tight but we have learned to live with that and we're definitely renewing our lease again. If you like living in a pleasant environment, this place is definitely worth considering. (Note: Most of the satisfied tenants here are probably not taking time to write a review so lots of reviews on this web site show a negative bias. I'm just trying to balance the scale.)
