Do not move here unless you love being in pain 24/7. Spiders management with the IQ of a 2 year old. While the grounds are nice on a lake and the place looks amazing we had a two bedroom, the management is horrible, the parking situation is a joke, if you HAVE ANY SOCIAL life get ready to lose some friends as NO ONE Can visit without getting towed, oh and your deposit dont count on that, if you walked on your carpet you will lose it,
the place is a joke,
do not live here. Oh and DO NOT Play music talk, or walk around your apartment past 8 pm, the sheriffs are called faster then the spiders will bite you upon move in.

I completely agree with gokingsgogo!!! This is the worst place I have ever lived, and by far the most expensive. The parking situation is absolutely horrible...none of our friends want to come over any more because of the hassel of getting a parking pass (which doesn't guarantee a spot) or going and parking at the freaking grocery store parking lot, which then I have to go drive to pick up my own guests. I can't believe this place is still getting tenants! I feel like I can't get the word out enough about how much this place sucks! The management has never answered one of our maintenance requests. Both of our toilets have been broken for about 6 months, and after 3 requests we just learned to deal. I had a credit on my account for 100 and they sent me a notice to pay that much less on my rent, which is fine. Well that day they paid my utilities out of my credit which wasn't even due for another 2 weeks! these are just classic examples of how crappy this place is. One of the leasing agent people live in my courtyard and every time he walks by, I don't understand how he can hold his head up around all of us pissed off people.

Spiders are a problem but the management is not horrible. We have always gotten prompt response on requests for pest control support. Parking is difficult but guests may get a pass for parking on the grounds although that does not guarantee a spot. The comment about sheriffs being called for noise after 8 p.m. looks like an exaggeration.

i can corraborate what melanieraerae said. We had the cops called on us for having friends over for a party because we were "too loud." We (the 10 of us) were not being that loud, and it was only 8:15 pm.
Also, her parking comment was under-emphasized. If you have more than one car (or roommate) -- don't even think about finding a parking spot in the evening. Your friends, fiance', or family will get towed and booted. I hate this apartment complex.
