My wife and I have lived in Villa Venetia for two years an have survived the property being purchased by new management. As long as you want to live in a quite and friendly apartment where people are courteous and respect each other this is a great place to live

The new team is a refreshing change from the old guard. The new Community Director, Melissa has made this a place that you can feel comfortable with attention to detail and service. She and the rest of the new staff are finally running the property the way it should be.

AJ the Maintenance manger since taking over has done a phenomenal job had thanks to the Community Director finally has the tools and the competent staff to get the job done.

Their have also been additional changes in the office staff that is helping to bring the property up to high quality standards such as Debbie who always makes sure that when you put in a request that it gets done. Julian who is another new addition is determined to bring this beautiful property back up to the standards to make this a great place to live.

It is true that parking is a problem and the property does have a lot of spider webs but the new management has finally taken the imitative and action to correct these problems.
