Way below average for the price and the worst horror was getting a collection notice after I paid my final bill!!!
*Paid a large penalty for moving out early (with no flexibility or understanding from management)- Please read the fine print if you ever make the mistake of leasing here.
*Staff, including management, was very unhelpful and took no urgency to assist you or call you back when there was a problem or question - And whenever you asked for the manager, they were supposedly "at lunch" no matter what hour you called.
*When I moved out and paid all of my exit costs (including my entire termination fee), I still got a collection letter in the mail stating it was never paid and threatening litigation!!! It was an error on Villa Venetia's part (as I found after calling the collection agency) and all they had to say was that I had paid all the costs and they did not know why a letter was sent.
*Another awful feature/experience is that guest parking is horrendous and it is virtually impossible to have a guest without preconceiving the notion at least one business day prior and getting a parking pass (and then you are still not guaranteed their will be a spot available!) On top of the poor parking, the first couple weeks after I moved in, my neighbor's car got broken into!
*For the price and the awful experience, I would rather be homeless then step foot at this place ever again.
