Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007

I have lived here since July 2007, and its not a good place to be living. I'm counting down the months until my lease ends 7/2008. I'm so ready to exit, I'm going to start looking for a new place to live in March of 2008. I have beend renting in south Orange County for twevle years and this is the 1st time I will not be re-newing a lease!!! It just look good on the outside, but the living is poor. 1. I was told before signing the lease, there was lots of parking available by Melissa, but don't dream of parking close to your apartment. If you come in after 8:00 PM, you will walk miles for locate a park. 2. The walls are very thin, you can hear people having sex, baby crying, people walking around on the grounds all day and night. 3. You are over charge for water, gas sewer and trash bills, because outside public service is not billing you, but Villa Venetia", is doing the billing. They break is down to how many people are on the lease. But any one can have three to five or more living with them during one month or more. Next time I'll be moving to a place where the services are set-up by the gas or water company of that city. This way I'll know I'm paying for what I use and not someone else. 4. When you complanit about noise, or parking the "Villa Venetia", team seems to have "only one", reply to the problem, "You live in a large apartment home and noise and parking problems come with living in a lagre place like this one. However, they "SELL YOU ON HOW MUCH PARKING THEY HAVE AND ITS A VERY QUIET APARTMENT HOME TO LIVE IN" Then you sign the lease and the 1st night you move-in the hell begains. Now you in a lease you will need to pay more to get-out of before it end. Please pretty on the outside, doesn't always means a great place to live on the inside! RUN!!!!!!!!!!! Don't sign no lease. The number of people who don't renew their lease is a sign of this is not the place to be. And I have been here since July 2007 and have notice, people aren't re-newing their lease. The person on Aug 2007, wrote the review must be work for the company, because they are lying!!!
