I have lived in Villa Venetia since March 2006. I hate bugs, and I am glad to report that I have seen VERY few in my apartment. I have only seen cockroaches near the dumpster and I have NEVER seen a rat here. I have never had noise problems and since I moved in new management has taken over and really improved conditions. Parking is much better - you only need to stop by the office and pick up a visitor's pass and then a visitor can pretty much park in any open stall. I have noticed some of the small ponds are rather stagnant, but you can't beat the location of this place, and for what we pay, I think it's great.
