I moved in in late January. since I have been here, I have never seen a cockroaches in my apartment. I have seen them by the dumpsters because some people don't get all of their trash into the dumpster. I have never seen rats on the Property. Since all of the apartments are near water there will be bugs. its a given. When my family moved into the apartment, the management staff was honest and upfront about how they were short staffed and how bad the parking situation was. I would still recommend this property to all.
