What really kills me is the fact that this complex has had many, MANY complaints all of which I now have and they continue to not only RENT but RENT TO LAW STUDENTS. Problems with this place: - Continued problems with rats (violation of Ca. Civ. Code 1941.1) over a period of the past 7 months. - Continued problems with quiet enjoyment (tons of students who party and drink and are loud. we also had a domestic violence dispute upstairs. well anyone who's upstairs is loud.) - There is NO parking. NO PARKING. NOWHERE TO PARK if you come home after 8PM but plenty of spots so if you park there, they'll tow you. Which also, their towing signs are not up to code for towing signs. True story, they're being sued by someone. - There have been in the 7 months i've lived here, at least a break in every week. and furthermore, instances of aggravated sexual assault. DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Seriously there are other apartments in Costa Mesa that are MUCH MUCH better and closer to whatever school you are going to or the highway. It is NOT worth the headache.
What's even worse' Debi Froude and Risa Harmon in the leasing office call this a "low priority" - I have the maintainence report to prove it.

Idiots only complain & stay. Dumb people dont know the difference, and you my friend are either stupid which means you continue to stay in a place in which you not only dislike, but spend enrgy telling others publicaly how much you dislike. Be proud of your place, or help make it a proud community. And who is Debi Froude and Risa Harmon?. Are they your buddies.?

You complain that they are not following laws, but then complain that they rent to law students. Are you aware that if they even ASKED if you were a law student they would be in direct violation of the Federal Fair Housing Law. Shouldn't you, A LAW STUDENT, know this? Maybe you should study up.

Marylou Smith, do you have an education? If you read closely, you should be able to tell that the author points out that as a student, they know better but unfortunately can't afford any legal remedy. If such was the case, shouldn't you, presumably someone who either lives or works at this apartment complex feel any compassion for renters who have to deal with a rathole while paying an exorbitant amount in rent and utilities?
By the way, for the definition of "exorbitant" I graciously send you the link to dictionary.com. Good luck!
