Carpet has dog and cat pee and can be seen clearly under a black light. They never clean the duck poop from sidewalks. Floors creek. Had a bad eye infection the entire time living there, and cleared up once out of there.
MISLEADING...Back gate is always open. Parking SUCKS!
It's just a pay check for management. THEY DON'T CARE. Your a number, that's all. Envision living with abusive parents. Read your lease carefully, even when it is completely their responsibility and liability, Quote from managment; "owner's policies will not" repay your $$$ out when it is there fault, and negligents. They send you to their (black hole) Risk Management system.

If you clean the apt better than when you moved in... they still take your deposit. Could NOT wait for lease to expire as well as my all neighbors. I found a nicer, cleaner one bed for what a studio goes for there.
RATING BIG - 0 (ZERO) It is a great place to sue.
