We have lived at the Villa Venetia for over a year and we love it here! The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. We love having "nature at our doorstep" what with the ducks, turtles, koi and even an occasional egret or two--not to mention all the lush landscaping afforded by the various plants and trees. Great place to go walking!

Our apartment is a bit small (we live in a studio) but we have made it our home and our friends and family are always amazed at how charming our place is both inside and out. Despite the fact that our place is a bit "cozy" we have never felt cramped or crowded, largely attributable to the fact that the views we enjoy are both panoramic and peaceful. Since we work from home, spending many hours per week in our little corner of the world, this is very important to us.

Still another plus to living here is the surrounding neighborhood. A local city park abuts the property--just a few steps from our door actually--and we can walk to almost all of the services we need. Groceries, restaurants, the library, and even frozen yogurt are all very close, so save your gas pennies!

The staff at Villa Venetia has always been very friendly and helpful, responding to all of our requests right away, and the maintenance crew is very prompt in fixing any minor problems that need attention. Kudos to all of the staff. It's a great place to live! Oh--one other thing--this is a very pet friendly community. Be sure to take your fur kids to the office now and then for hugs, kisses, and cookies!
