I have lived here for about two years and it is not as bad as said by other reviewers. When I first moved in it took a lot of getting used to, but it has gotten much better. Parking is really a nightmare but if you don't have anyone over it's not a proble. When I first moved in it was really noisy with college students but now it's actually really nice and peaceful besides the neighbors dogs who bark all day and night. I have never seen rats or cockroaches in the apartment. I saw two cockroaches by the pool and lot's and lot's of spiders (due to the landscapes I guess). The apartment grounds definitely need to be re-painted, powerwashed, and overall cleaned. The laundry facilities are dirty and the washers and driers are old and usually broken. Overall it's not a horrible place to live for the money and area. It's old and worn down and needs a bit of TLC but overall it's quiet and the lake views are gorgeous. I haven't seen anything better for the price.
