I have interacted with everyone in the office for over 2 years now. I never thought anyone there was rude. They are always so bright and cheery, always willing to do whatever it takes. I'm sorry to hear what some people have to say about this place. I, for one, have never had a rat in my home here. I have heard of some people that do, and I think thats sad, but it is a very serene and beautiful natural setting. I guess there may be more wild animals living here, but that includes fish, ducks, cute little baby ducks, turtles, fish, squirrels, lots of cool birds and other interesting wildlife. Rats may just come with the overall package, but I keep my house celan and all my stuff put away, so they dont bother me. I live in an apartment under several college age boys as well. I hear them frequently and it can get a little loud sometimes but I use a sound spa and fall asleep listening to the sound of falling rain sound effects every night. I understand that I chose to rent an apt and not rent a house so I deal with that and also enjoy so many of the benefits of living in an apt. The maintenance is awesome, I don t have to worry about the owners foreclosing on me and being forced to move (like so many renters of private residences are facing right now), and the beautiful lakeside setting is amazing! Me and me kids enjoy feeding the ducks on the grassy hillsides or feeding the turtles and watching the huge koi fish swim around. I think all in all that Villa Venetia is an amazing place to live!
