It looks great from the leasing office windows, but it's run down. I could hear every footstep from my neighbors above me because the wood was old. There are bugs from the water. Guest parking is terrible. I was only there for 6 months and when I left they charged me to repaint the walls even though I didn't do anything to the walls. The carpet was dirty when I moved in. The appliances were really old. They made me clean the outside of the windows when I moved out or they would have charged me a cleaning fee. This place is not what it appears. It's old and dirty. There are way better places in the area.
