Save yourself the trouble, this place is not worth checking out.

I was apartment hunting a few days ago and I visited this complex because the pictures seemed very nice and the rent was jawbreakingly cheap! Sign a 13 month lease and pay $1306 for a 2 bedroom!! Kids, it was only too good to be true. After my tour, I realized I wouldn't live there no matter how cheap the place was. I made an appt. and had to wait an hour before the real fun began. Leasing consultant's name was Melanie I think. She mumbled to her self the whole entire tour and meeting.
To get to the apt. you have to bypass a ton of spiderwebs and spiders! We were greeted with cigarette butts all over the porch. Seriously! The interior looked NOTHING like the pictures. It was like a blast back to the 70s. It was then that she informed us that not all the units were upgraded. I had also told her how safety was a big concern of mine and how this place is on my list bc they were gated. It turned out not all apts are gated in. She also neglected to communicate this.
I've heard about the rat problems they had inside their aprtments and when I inquired about it, she said "well, if you don't leave food out, rats won't come." I thought I was on an episode of Punk'd
