I can't take it any more. This is more of complain than anything. I requested my carpet to be repair about 5 months ago. I keep getting the run around on the matter. Management is really rude specially Gilda. My daughter was a crawler when I first made the request. She would constantly get stuck on the nails from the ground. My carpet was not installed correctly. I have asked to get it repair but no one does anything about this. She is now walking and still getting hurt with the nails. I'm afraid that she will get seriously hurt or even catch an infection from the rusty nails.
