Covin Gardens From: stanigirl Date posted: 10/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   We lived in Covina Gardens aparements from 12/06 to 08/07. I found them to be disgusing, poorly run, and filled with drug dealers. I could hear my neighbors screaming night after night. Whenever I filled out a work order I felt it was ignored unless I harrassed them over and over. We couldn't even use our bathroom sink for the first 4 months that we were there! When we left I cleaned that apartment, so it was better than when we moved in! I am now trying to get ahold of PAMA Management because they didn't give me all of my deposit back! But of course this management company won't return a phone call. DON'T RENT HERE!!!
