covina palms is a old but clean apartment building.

very big apartments lots of closets has to clean pool,the place is gated.near to everything but the area of covina remains uncrowded so is nice!! but if you have 2 or 3 cars prepared your self to pay for it.and request a parking permit to park overnigth.is only $15.00 for 4 month cheep.at covina police stations.
