I lived at this apartment building for almost four years.

This place has really gone done in that time.

They allow gang members to live in the building, drinking at all hours outside their apartments listening to loud music and when the emergency number is paged, no one ever answers the phone call.

Sometimes on the rare occasion the page is answered, it's the apartment manager and she gets an attitude.

There have been people doing drugs in the building.

The laundry room has been vandalized numerous times.

One of the staff there even told me that the police are out at this apartment building almost every day.

Most of the apartments are infested with cockroaches and bed bugs.

The walls are also paper thin, so if you have neighbors that hold conversations at reasonable levels, be prepared to hear every word they are saying.

So you can imagine if someone wants to play their music at absurdly loud levels.

Even when the apartment manager herself heard the loud music and admitted, in her opinion, that it was loud, she still did nothing.

The apartment manager and management company are more interested in fixing up the vacant apartments for new residents rather than help the tenants that already live there.

so, before you move in you are treated like royalty, but after you move in you are treated like scum.

I'm so glad I finally moved out.
