CAUTION: DO NOT RENT HERE! From: ibeginz@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I strongly advise anyone who shows interest in this apt to please look elsewhere. I do not want to see anyone else go through the pain and suffering I had to endure. PLEASE... pass this message on, if you know anyone who is interested in this place. In their ad, they offer nice amenities - HOWEVER... they are not up to par. GYM - equipment doesnt work! REC.ROOM - has a pool table that is lopsided and unbalanced! UNSAFE CONDITIONS: Several tenants, including myself, had their cars broken into. This went on for well over 6 months, and they did not do anything to resolve this problem. Theyre response to this was: We can document this for you and pass it on for further investigation. Although, nothing was ever done. MAINTENANCE: The first day we moved in, we put a request in to replace the ceiling fan. Its been 9 months, and this request still has not been fulfilled. MANAGEMENT: The new managers are just oblivious and without care. They dont carry a good rapport with any of the tenants. They seem to act more like enemies than a good and concerned manager. APT LIVING CONDITIONS: It gets unreasonably HOT during the summer. NO centralized air, theres an AC, which is probably older than me(24)! It can barely cool off the living room, where its placed. Also, you can here everyone who walks or runs down the hallways, this happens even at 2AM. There are times Ive seen graffiti writing on the walls or light covers. Ive also seen beer bottles left in the hallways and stairwells. The trash containers are always overfilled. For all that I have stated above... this place is seriously OVERPRICED and very disrespecting and inconsiderate towards their tenants. Please look elsewhere... let others know to look elsewhere.
