Cheap but nothing special, go if near your work place

Pros:
1) Good Jim
2) Swimming pool is big
3) Maintenance is quick
4) Gated Community
5) Lower Price

Cons:
1) Noisy
2) Old and poor construction
3) Not so good ventilation
4) Arrogant head office
5) Heats up very fast in summer
