first off as a current resident i have to wonder why the previous reviewers had such a bad taste in their mouth...maybe they were evicted, or asked to be quiet or to stop beating their spouse...

my experience here is that yes, it's freakin' noisy. but that is mostly due to the tenants being young and uneducated. for instance, the couple above my apartment argue over the stupidist crap and they are about 20 years old.

my apartment does not have a roach problem. if you keep your place clean they won't intrude. however some tenants here are filthy so of course the roaches are going to infest their apartments and breed, theyreby passing their filth along to the rest of us--but again, i've been here a year, i keep my place relatively cleaned up and i have no problem with roaches--and believe me it was imperative to me to NOT HAVE THOSE BUGS in any place that i was checking out.

i think the staff is pretty decent. they have never given me an attitude about anything. they fix stuff when i request it.

it's an ok place.
