Poorly maintained bldg-terrible owner

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This building has gotten worse and worse in the short time I've been here. For the prices the plumbing should not be this horrible. The noise from La Cienega is unbearable. The water has been shut off several times. It's a dump. I'm glad I moved out.
