Can't beat the price...

With higher and higher rent prices, Keswick is not that bad. The problem is the increase in college students and loser wanabees which translates into an increase in late night parties and noise. If you're in these categories, please stay away - we don't want/need you.
As rents get higher and higher, it should 'weed' out these type of people and I see more and more deadbeats and losers getting evicted, which is a good thing.
The management office has changed and is now much more responsive than before. Plumbing issues and other window/door/wall/general issues are quickly repaired now. There is also a 24 hour repair person on-site which is nice.
I've been here with my family for about a year and a half. As long as the number of college students and deadbeats decrease, Keswick is worth your consideration as almost ALL housing in Culver City is old and in need of plumbing, etc.
It is true that you should try to avoid facing La Cienega as it's pretty noisy. I face Lenawee which is much quieter.
People have children here so there are children playing in the courtyard.
There is an allyway in the back for one covered parking space; you'll have to park outside on the streets if you have two or more cars. It's pretty safe on the streets.
All-in-all, if you can afford the rent, Keswick is not a bad place to live.
